We are excited to announce an additional dining partnership with the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics at its new Morganton campus in North Carolina! Lexington Independents currently manages dining at the school’s residential high school program in Durham.
Students and faculty will experience Lexington’s gracious hospitality as well as our exceptional culinary program and first-class customer service. The new culinary team will prepare authentic homestyle favorites from the Classic Kitchen, Sauce and Stone pizza, The Local Deli and Greens, an expansive salad bar with fresh leafy greens, crisp vegetables, and more!
Lexington will also customize menus for students who request gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergen-free friendly meals. A Sweet Shoppe will tempt those who have a sweet tooth with freshly baked cakes, cookies, and pastries.
Students and faculty will also enjoy our Tryon Market grab-and-go freshly prepared salads, deli, and other healthy convenient meals from The Market.
